What you expect from coaching is what is important and will be discussed at the outset Benefiting from coaching depends largely on the action you take to reach your goals  Coaching can assist you in gaining clarity on how you see your future and how to get there Coaching can help with improving your well-being in all areas of your life If you are struggling with self-esteem or motivation, coaching could be beneficial to you Coaching can be helpful if you are facing challenges personally or professionally Coaching can be supportive and encouraging during times of change and transition If coaching works for you, you may experience an increase in your performance and success If you suffer from any severe/major mental illness or are suicidal, coaching would not be your first port of call.  In such cases, you may contact www.sadag.co.za or www.lifeline.co.za who can assist you and refer you to a psychologist/psychiatrist if required
