My 25 year working experience in a corporate environment has given me great insight into the challenges faced by employers and employees I am naturally optimistic, and believe that with the right support, we can overcome many challenges My values such as integrity, respect, trustworthiness, resilience, dependability, and empathy, guide me I adhere to the coaching profession’s code of ethics and maintain strict confidentiality During my training I coached people from diverse backgrounds, ranging from school- leaving adults to the elderly I am dedicated and committed to my client’s goals, and encourage and support my clients along their journey I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and you should feel free to explore the possibilities open to you in a safe and non-judgmental environment Our coaching relationship will be authentic, trusting and equal I aim to facilitate a process whereby my clients take ownership of their destiny by realising that the power to change is in their hands I am influenced by the Person-Centred approach of Carl Rogers, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, the GROW model as well as the Thinking Environment developed by Nancy Kline My qualifications are:
